If you do not, please check your spam folder or contact the hotel directly. If you are unable to reach the hotel directly, please contact us at support@HotelsCurated.com.
Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes, you can do so by contacting the hotel directly. Each hotel has its own set of policies so we highly recommend that before finalizing your hotel booking on HotelsCurated partner booking site, please make sure to read their cancellation policy. Cancelation policies change depending on the hotel and payment method
Which documents should I have present with me at the check-in?
The Check-in process is typically super easy. You will need a valid government-issued photo ID such a driver’s license or a passport (if you’re an international traveler), a valid credit card, and your reservation number. Although you do not need to print your reservation confirmation, we highly encourage you to do so for your own reference especially when traveling internationally.
If I need to extend my stay or change the dates, what should I do?
